Breakfast Sandwich Hangover Cure

Ingredients:
1 slice of bacon
2 ounces shredded cheese (any type)
1 egg
1 english muffin
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 pinch of chili powder
1 tablespoon Sriracha sandwich sauce
1 teaspoon salted butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Slice your piece of bacon in half and begin frying it on medium heat. Flip over and cook the other side until both pieces of bacon are done to your desired crispiness.

Once bacon is done or almost done, crack your egg on top of the bacon in the frying pan so the egg lays in-between/on top of the bacon. Season the top of your egg with salt, pepper, and chili powder and let cook for one minute.

Now, sprinkle on your shredded cheese, cover, and cook on medium low heat until cheese is melted and egg is cooked.

Toast english muffin and spread sriracha sauce on one side and butter on the other. Slide egg/bacon onto the muffin and top with green onion.

Serve with your favorite caffeinated beverage and your hangover will be gone in no time!
